Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern Quickobook websites, apps, dashboards, APIs and support channels used by patients, doctors, franchises and healthcare partners. By registering, signing in, requesting a service or paying, you accept these Terms together with the Privacy and Refund Policies.
If you use Quickobook for a minor, dependent, patient or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them and remain responsible for the information and instructions supplied.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate identity and contact information and protect your phone, OTP, password and device access. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately. OTPs and passwords must never be shared with Quickobook staff or another user.
Quickobook may verify identity, professional credentials, business information or transaction details and may restrict access when verification fails or a security risk is detected.
Patient terms
Patients must provide correct identity, age, contact, symptoms, medical history, prescription and address details; review the selected doctor, chamber, service, date, slot and charges; and follow clinical or collection instructions.
Quickobook is not an emergency-response service. For urgent or life-threatening conditions, contact local emergency services or attend the nearest appropriate hospital.
Doctor and healthcare professional terms
Doctors are independent professionals responsible for registration, qualifications, clinical judgment, advice, diagnosis, prescription, availability, chamber information and professional compliance.
Profile, credential, chamber and fee changes may require Quickobook administrator verification. A requested fee becomes patient-facing only after approval. Quickobook may suspend unverified, unsafe or misleading information.
Franchise partner terms
Franchises may assist patients with authorized doctor bookings, lab tests, medicine orders, payments and support only through the facilities provided. They must obtain patient authorization, enter accurate data and protect confidentiality.
Franchises must maintain required wallet balance, must not collect undisclosed charges and must not represent themselves as a doctor, laboratory, pharmacy, hospital or insurer.
Appointments, availability and revisits
Slots, serial numbers, fees, schedules and expected consultation times depend on current doctor and chamber data. Confirmation reserves the selected service but cannot guarantee an exact waiting time when clinical or operational delays occur.
Revisit eligibility, chambers, dates, fees and slots are decided from the previous consultation and current provider rules. Cancellation and rescheduling depend on the specific booking status and policy.
Online consultation and Agora calls
Online consultations require doctor acceptance, payment where applicable, a supported device, connectivity and a valid consultation window. Agora or another approved provider may transport audio/video while Quickobook manages authorization, status, chat and prescription records.
Do not record or distribute a consultation without lawful consent. A doctor may stop remote consultation and recommend in-person or emergency care when clinically appropriate.
Laboratory tests
Test catalogues, packages, preparation instructions, collection slots, prices, service areas and turnaround estimates may change until confirmation. Patients must provide required prescriptions and follow preparation and sample-collection instructions.
Participating laboratories remain responsible for collection, processing, quality standards and reports. Delayed, rejected or inconclusive samples may require recollection or medical follow-up.
Medicine and pharmacy
A medicine request or prescription upload is reviewed before confirmation and does not guarantee stock, price, substitution, delivery time or fulfilment. Prescription medicines are supplied only when permitted by a valid prescription and applicable law.
Patients must verify medicine, dosage, allergy, address and recipient information. Returns, replacements and cancellations depend on dispatch status, product integrity, safety requirements and applicable policy or law.
Hospitals, surgery and care coordination
Hospital listings, surgery information and coordination support assist discovery; the hospital and treating professionals determine admission, tests, treatment, clinical team, final estimate, consent and outcome.
Estimates can change due to examination, additional procedures, consumables, room category, complications or extended stay. Obtain final written information from the provider.
Insurance
Insurance comparisons or enquiries may be fulfilled by an independent partner. Quickobook does not underwrite policies or guarantee eligibility, premium, coverage, cashless approval, claim acceptance or settlement.
Review the insurer's disclosures, exclusions, waiting periods, proposal, policy wording and partner terms before purchase or reliance.
Prices, payments and taxes
Charges may include provider fees, confirmation charges, taxes, social contribution, delivery or other disclosed amounts. The final server-generated quote presented before payment governs the transaction.
PayU or another authorized gateway may process payment. A bank debit or browser redirect alone is not confirmation; Quickobook's verified payment and booking status is authoritative.
Franchise wallet
The wallet is a prepaid operational balance for eligible franchise transactions. Recharge is credited only after payment confirmation. A bonus applies only to the exact active recharge offer and may carry validity or usage conditions.
The wallet is not a bank account, deposit or credit facility. The reconciled server ledger governs balance, credits and debits; transfer, withdrawal or source refund is available only where expressly supported or legally required.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Rights depend on the service, provider, appointment date, fulfilment stage and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed after verification and may take normal bank or gateway time.
Where applicable, if a doctor booking is cancelled on the scheduled appointment date, the patient shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Provider cancellation, duplicate payment and failed-but-debited cases are reconciled against server and gateway records.
SMS, WhatsApp, email and calls
You authorize transactional communication for OTPs, confirmations, reminders, payment status, schedule changes, lab or medicine updates, feedback and support. SMS may use 2Factor.in and WhatsApp may use Superfone or replacement providers.
Delivery depends on valid contact details, networks and provider availability. Where a message conflicts with the dashboard or receipt, contact support for reconciliation.
Privacy and health information
Quickobook processes identity, contact, booking, health, prescription, transaction-reference, device and communication data to deliver and secure services, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not upload another person's records without authority. Doctors, franchises and partners may access patient data only for the permitted service and must prevent unauthorized disclosure, copying or retention.
Reviews, questions and submitted content
Reviews, questions, messages and documents must be truthful, relevant and lawful and must not contain harassment, advertising, malicious code or another person's confidential information without authority.
You permit Quickobook to host and process submitted content to operate the service. Quickobook may moderate violations; clinical answers remain the responsibility of the responding professional.
Prohibited use
Do not impersonate others, create fraudulent bookings, manipulate charges or payment status, misuse OTPs, scrape protected information, probe security, bypass access control, upload harmful content or use patient data for unauthorized marketing.
Automated access requires an authorized API or written agreement. Abuse may lead to rate limiting, cancellation, suspension, evidence preservation or reporting to appropriate authorities.
Third-party services
Doctors, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, insurers, gateways, video, map and communication providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices. Quickobook coordinates integrations but does not control independent professional decisions or external systems.
Review third-party terms before submitting information, purchasing a policy or completing an external transaction.
Intellectual property
Quickobook names, logos, software, interfaces, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to Quickobook. Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Protected materials may not be copied, sold, reverse engineered or used to create a misleading derivative service except where law expressly permits.
Availability, suspension and termination
Quickobook may maintain, improve, restrict or discontinue features for security, capacity, legal or operational reasons. Access may be suspended for fraud, misuse, non-payment, patient-data abuse, material breach or regulatory direction.
Booking or service arrangements may change where provider schedules, emergencies, technical problems or events beyond reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
Disclaimer and liability
Quickobook is a technology and coordination platform, not the treating doctor, lab, pharmacy, hospital, insurer or emergency service. Independent providers remain responsible for their services, professional decisions and regulatory compliance.
To the extent permitted by law, Quickobook is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, provider conduct, medical outcome, user inaccuracies, external network failure or force-majeure events. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Indian law. First contact Quickobook support with the relevant booking, order or transaction reference so the matter can be investigated.
Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction and applicable law, unresolved disputes are submitted to competent courts having jurisdiction over Quickobook's registered place of business.
Updates and contact
Terms may change with services, providers, technology or law. The effective date will be updated and material changes may be communicated through the account or registered contact channel.
For policy questions, complaints or legal requests, email support@quickobook.com or call 9435200024. Include the relevant reference but never send an OTP or password.
